Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary concept born from the original idea of Doctor Katarina, an Indian doctor, who launched the first Social Laughter Club in a public park in Mumba, India, on March 13, 1995.
Since then, the phenomenon has become global and more than thousands of clubs exist in more than one hundred countries.
Laughter Yoga is not yoga in the traditional sense. It contains no poses, no difficult movement, no balancing exercise
This practice combines laughter exercises and deep breathing. During the sessions, guided laughter will lead to very communicative real laughter
A session ends with laughter meditation, a moment of recovery and relaxation.
Laughter Yoga is easy and accessible to everyone.
It immediately brings well-being to people who practice it.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a sports or yoga mat to each session .
